KNU Official CV

A CV (short for the Latin phrase curriculum vitae, which means “course of life”) is a detailed document highlighting your professional and academic history. You may be asked to submit a CV when applying for jobs in academia or present your CV for various purposes at your current job.

Although the form and fashion of business CV’s will vary considerably depending on time and place, academic CV’s have remained remarkably consistent in their organization and orientation. While the sequence and length might also change according to the type and level of academic position you are applying to, this example contains most of the primary points of emphasis. As always, have your supervisor or another mentor from your field review this and other academic application materials prior to the first submission. University Affairs provides these templates for informational purposes only. Neither University Affairs nor its advertising clients endorse any particular or singular CV format for job applications.

To prompt an standard approach to our academic community at KNU we encourage the usage of this official professional CV format. We ask our academic staff to prepare their professional CVs using this format and sent that with their CAD and Portfolios. There will be a professional page for all our teachers on the main website and the CV will be attached to Teachers Academic Portfolio (TAP) page.

We would like you to create a CV data bank using CV-Maker website at https://cvmkr.com/ using your University email. It will allow you to update your CV with new data and print in correct format at any time, or simple use the below format accepted by the DAQA.
